I am a Columbia University-trained transformational coach who helps ambitious “Nice Guys” finish first. My work helps men like you make radical shifts in their careers, intimate relationships, and responses to adversity.

There must be some reason why you’re reading this and interested in hiring a coach.

Maybe you desire deep connection, but self-sabotaging patterns make it difficult to build authentic and meaningful relationships. Maybe you want to break free of “Nice Guy Syndrome”, let go of shame, and build a life that prioritizes you without sacrificing your innate compassion. Or maybe anger from a major downturn (divorce, break up, job loss, etc.) has painted your vision red and it’s been a while since you’ve experienced lasting positivity.

Whatever the reason, I’m here to serve.

It wasn’t long ago that I found myself in one hell of a hole. I was suffering from chronic pain, going through the motions at an uninspiring job, and was depressed from a recent break-up. I was ANGRY and wallowing in self-pity. I let my current circumstances, bullying from childhood, and negative beliefs inherited from my family dictate where I was heading. In other words, I saw myself as a LOSER and was responding in kind. Thankfully I hired some amazing coaches, took responsibility for my actions and beliefs, and made some long-lasting changes that got me to where I am today.

Did I say I hired some amazing coaches? True, but I also spent thousands of dollars on some horrific ones as well. “Gurus” without proper coaching training preaching about things they don’t understand. Phonies regurgitating pseudoscience they heard from a YouTube video or at a recent Bali retreat. They would blame me for not TAKING ACTION or MANNING UP, yet failed to explore my unique experiences – the specific things causing me pain and holding me back. When all else failed, they would resort to a “be like me” approach, selling their beliefs as the only and right way to be a man.

These weren’t true coaches; they were glorified personal sales reps with chakra tattoos and tight black tees. Yet, I thank these “experts” because they’ve shown me exactly how NOT to serve my clients.

Instead of the faux woo-woo BS, I do deep work with my clients. My philosophy is simple, help “Nice Guys” replace toxic behaviors with their true authentic and noble selves without sacrificing kindness.

With 1-on-1 coaching, men just like you have learned to face adversity with resilience, inspired others through their presence, and appreciated the gift of life. I do this through a blend of mindfulness, compassionate assertiveness, and positive psychology which helps clients achieve amazing results without compromising who they really are.

If you’re looking for a coach then I applaud you for taking the first step and seeking out support. However, there’s only so much you can learn about me and my services from reading this bio. Let’s chat and see if we’re a good fit for each other. Don’t hesitate and let another excuse stop you from getting exactly what you want from your life. Book your call today.
