As a registered therapist, I’ve been able to help a lot of good men make changes for the better.
Many things were valuable in helping me reach success. Regular exercise, making time to be with others, and following a routine were all key in helping me get to where I am now. However, the one thing above all that accelerated my growth was having coaches. Talking regularly with these individuals was so unbelievably valuable that I struggle to put it into words. These people were able to show me ways of thinking that I would not have come to myself, offer truths that were hard to hear but needed to be said, and pushed my limits more than I thought capable myself.
The knowledge and wisdom I obtained from my coaches have made me a successful therapist, and for the past 5 years I’ve been able to help people with their struggles in mental health. In the past few years I’ve spent most of my time dedicated to helping men and boys with their addiction to technology, and assisting families that have fractured into coming together again. I also have research published in the Journal of Stress and Health regarding how individuals can approach their problems to best overcome them. I would not have achieved all these things and get to do what I love without the guidance of my coaches.
My goal is to pass down the wisdom I learned to you, and use my experience as a therapist to help you navigate your life. You will be the captain of your ship creating a direction for yourself that you want to achieve, while I will help keep that ship on course. I’m not here to mold you into me, I’m here to accelerate your growth into the person you want to be. Together we hold you accountable, find the best ways to achieve your goals, and address barriers and resistance as they come up. It will be a long and hard road, but one worth taking.
