To test the MensGroup Discord, please do the following:
1. Click the ORANGE “DISCORD SIGN IN” link
2. Log in to your Discord account or create a new one
3. Click the “DISCORD SIGN IN” link again and accept the invite to the MensGroup “server”.
4. Come back to this page and enter your Discord ID and Display name with your info in the form below and press submit.
